Program Overview
Youth Enrichment Services of Lake Norman (YES) is a Community Support mental health service that provides social, emotional and behavioral interventions to children, adults, and their families. Community Support Service help individuals maintain positive relationships and provides resources their lives. Before intake into the services, children and adults must have or be assessed for mental health diagnosis.
Our highly trained Community Support workers assist individuals and families with identifying and securing needed services and supports. Community Support workers also work one on one with individuals in the home, community, and school based settings to build skills which will allow to more effectively manage their mental health diagnosis. Case Managers, Qualified Professionals, and our Parent Advocacy team assist individuals in planning for managing crisis, including provided crisis response 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days per year.
